Payments/Registration

ONLINE ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT  

Enrollment is only offered to students who have already completed a placement class at the school. Please email austinclassicalballet@gmail.com to schedule.

Online class payments are available through our Parent Portal, or payments by check or cash may be made in person at the school.  Tuition payments are due the first week of each month, with a $10 late fee assessed automatically after the 5th. Private lesson payments are due on or prior to the day of the lesson, and you should email the school to schedule. 

Extra classes (“Variations” and “B1 Pointe”) are paid separately, in addition to regular monthly tuition, as listed below.

1. TO ENROLL:          

A trial class for new students is required before enrollment–do not enroll without first attending a class and being accepted for enrollment. After being accepted into the program and assigned a class level, use this link to fill out a registration form and pay the registration fee (each student requires an individual form, even if from the same family): app.jackrabbitclass.com/regv2.asp?id=558227  Next, create an account in the Parent Portal (below).  Please note: If the student is “splitting levels”, attending weekly ballet technique classes in more than one class level, register them online only in ONE of the two levels, choosing and paying for the level which offers the correct number of planned weekly classes. (For example, a student taking ONE Level A2 class and TWO Level B1 classes weekly should register online only as a Level B1 student, making sure the charge online is for 3 classes weekly total.) Please email the school with any questions.

2. PARENT PORTAL:

Here is the link to the Parent Portal, which you may access after completing your registration.  The Parent Portal is where you will choose and pay for classes every month.  Be sure to submit an email address where you would like to receive communication from the school: https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/ParentPortal/Austin-School-of-Classical-Ballet

 

AVAILABLE CLASSES (priced per month)

Please note: If the student is “splitting levels”, attending classes in more than one level, simply choose and pay for the correct # of weekly classes.  For example, a student taking ONE Level A2 class and TWO Level B1 classes weekly can pay for either level that is listed as “3x weekly”, in order to submit the correct tuition amount–do not enroll in both levels.
